Diced Potatoes

Potatoes 

Potatoes:
Wash and boil 10 red potatoes, cut into cubes

In a skillet, saute:
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 t sage
Slice and add potatoes. Cook until slightly brown.
